On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Appoquinimink High School standout Justin Blunt’s current college team, the Methodist Monarchs, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Roanoke Maroons.

The game took place at Armstrong-Shelley Field. This was their second matchup against the Maroons this season.

The Monarchs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. at Armstrong-Shelley Field against Hood Blazers.
