The Bayhealth Neurology practice has moved to a new space in Dover at the Eden Hill Medical Center. The medical office was formerly located at 540 S. Governors Ave # 100 in Dover. Bayhealth Neurology, Dover is open to serve patients in their expanded location at 200 Banning Street, Suite 150. The practice includes interventional neurology, which is unique to the local area and offers minimally invasive treatment for complex disorders of the cerebrovascular system.
The Bayhealth Neurology team provides inpatient care at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus in Dover and Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus in Milford. In the larger medical office space at Eden Hill, patients can receive follow-up care and outpatient services for a range of neurological and cerebrovascular conditions, with stroke, brain aneurysm, neuroinfections, seizure disorders, Alzheimers and other dementias, and chronic headaches or migraines, being some of the most common. “This is an important milestone in the continued growth and success of Bayhealth Neurology,” said Senior Director of Neurosciences Thomas Cairo, MBA. “With our newly hired physicians and staff, we look forward to further meeting the needs of the community.”
