For the 2023-24 school year, Appoquinimink School District experienced an increase in enrollment numbers compared to the previous year, with 58 more students being enrolled.

New Castle County saw a success rate of 20.5% in the math portion of the 2023-24 SAT, with 876 students hitting the subject benchmarks.

Out of 4,936 New Castle County students who took part in the SAT in the 2023-24 school year, 2,140 were considered proficient in ELA.

During the 2022-23 school year, Black or African American students made up the most represented ethnic group within New Castle County schools.
