Join the Swank Memory Ambassadors for an important virual seminar on Cognitive Aging and a Brain Healthy Lifestyle with nationally recognized memory care expert, James M. Ellison, M.D., MPH, The Swank Foundation Chair in Memory Care and Geriatrics.

The Swank Memory Ambassadors, a team of trained clinician volunteers committed to helping our neighbors learn more about Alzheimer’s disease, related disorders and brain health, will also be virtually available to conduct free, individual, confidential memory screenings. With your permission, we are pleased to share your scores with your primary care provider.
