On Saturday, May 17, former Appoquinimink High School standout Jillian Dawson’s current collegiate team the Salisbury Sea Gulls won 5-4 against the Pfeiffer Falcons in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Margie Knight Sea Gull Softball Stadium at 11 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Pfeiffer Falcons in the tournament.

The Salisbury Sea Gulls’ next game will take place on Thursday, May 22 at 12 p.m. at Rowan Softball Field.
