Westside Family Healthcare assisters will be helping Delawareans enroll (or re-enroll) in health insurance coverage for 2020 through the healthcare marketplace at healthcare.gov.
This service is provided free of charge by Westside.
Please bring with you the following information:
1) Birth dates of those applying for coverage
2) Social Security numbers of those applying for coverage
3) Paystubs, W-2 forms or other information about your
family’s income
4) Policy numbers and member numbers for any current health coverage you have
5) Information about any health coverage from an employer you or your family are eligible for
If you cannot make this event, Westside Family Healthcare in-person assisters are available to help you during the open enrollment period during a time that works for your schedule!
