We are pleased to kick off our 2022 Chamber Leadership series with Doneene Damon, the first Black woman president of Delaware law firm—Richards, Layton & Finger. In addition, her extraordinary leadership includes co-chair of the firm's Business Department and chair of the Corporate Trust and Agency Services Group.
