Westside Family Healthcare issued the following announcement on Dec. 30.
Today Dr. H. Jack Geiger passed away at 95. Considered a “father” of the community health center movement, Dr. Geiger spent his life working to improve health equity in the primary care setting. His legacy will live on in community health centers across the country, like Westside, as we work to provide quality healthcare to all, during the COVID-19 pandemic and onward.
